Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor – Power Systems to oversee electrical works related to a major highway infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. The role includes supervision of power supply systems, road lighting installations, electrical equipment, and associated networks, ensuring safe execution, quality standards, and full compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site electrical installations including cabling, distribution boards, lighting systems, and associated equipment
- Monitor the execution of highway electrical works such as power supply, street lighting, and technical infrastructure systems
- Verify compliance of installations with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards
- Coordinate daily activities with construction teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines on site
- Ensure quality control throughout all installation phases and report any non-conformities
- Participate in inspections, testing procedures, energization, and commissioning activities
- Track progress of works and provide regular updates to project management
- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safe electrical working practices on site
Required Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in infrastructure or highway electrical projects (road lighting, utility networks, power systems)
- Strong understanding of electrical installation standards and construction site practices
- Good leadership skills with strong field presence
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced project environment
- Working proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
