Context

As part of large-scale industrial projects in the oil & gas sector, we are looking for a Senior Planner responsible for managing and optimizing schedules on complex projects.
The role involves strong interaction with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) in a demanding, multi-stakeholder environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, structure, and maintain master and detailed project schedules.
• Define and manage baseline schedules in line with contractual milestones.
• Analyze the critical path and identify schedule deviation risks.
• Monitor activity progress and propose corrective actions.
• Consolidate scheduling data from various project disciplines.
• Produce progress reports and performance indicators.
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure communication of scheduling information.
• Contribute to implementing recovery strategies in case of delays.

Profile Required

• Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent).
• Significant experience in planning for oil & gas industrial projects.
• Experience with complex EPC-type projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Primavera P6
• Good understanding of industrial project phases (engineering, procurement, construction).
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Professional English required (technical discussions and reporting).
