Project Planner (M/F) (J26-034)

Context:

As part of a construction project in an oil & gas environment, you will work as a Project Planner within the engineering and construction teams. The role is technical, with partial responsibility for scheduling decisions and a support and supervision role for project teams (engineers, site supervisors, construction teams). You are responsible for the consistency, reliability, and continuous updating of the project schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update the overall project schedule using Primavera P6

  • Structure the schedule by work packages (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)

  • Identify the critical path, contractual milestones, and scheduling risks

  • Monitor actual progress versus planned progress and analyze variances

  • Propose rescheduling scenarios in case of delays or deviations

  • Produce scheduling reports for project management

  • Work in direct interface with:

    • Engineering teams

    • Construction teams

    • Site supervision

    • Project management

  • Participate in progress and schedule coordination meetings

  • Contribute to technical decisions related to deadlines and work sequencing

Profile:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent

  • At least one successfully delivered project as a planner (mandatory)

  • Experience in industrial construction, ideally in oil & gas / refinery / onshore projects

  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6

  • Good understanding of site constraints (construction activities, trade interfaces)

  • Ability to challenge scheduling data and identify risks
