Context
As part of the development of tertiary-sector projects (offices, public-access buildings, shops, public institutions), the company is strengthening its technical team by hiring a BMS Technician. The goal of this position is to ensure commissioning, operational maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems to guarantee energy performance and the reliability of installations.
Main Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
• Install, wire, and connect BMS equipment.
• Configure controllers, PLCs, and communication networks.
• Perform tests, functional checks, and system commissioning.
Maintenance & Operation
• Diagnose malfunctions, analyze alarms, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control and monitoring equipment.
• Optimize setpoints, scenarios, and configurations to improve energy performance.
Documentation Follow-up
• Update diagrams, configurations, and technical files.
• Write intervention reports and communicate field feedback.
Client Relations & Coordination
• Provide technical support to operators and site managers.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and fire safety system teams.
• Participate in technical meetings and communicate on project progress.
Profile
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in low-voltage electrical works (industrial or tertiary).
• First experience as a works supervisor or strong experience in site coordination.
• Comprehensive understanding of project execution: phases, interfaces, safety, contractual obligations.
Technical Skills
• Strong mastery of low-voltage installations and applicable standards.
• Advanced reading of plans, diagrams, as-built documentation, and contractual documents.
• Ability to manage several job sites simultaneously.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and risk management.

• Coordination leadership (without direct hierarchical management).
