Mission Context:
As part of the development of our activities in Smart Building and Building Management Systems (BMS), we are seeking an experienced Business Engineer to strengthen our commercial team.
You will play a key role in the strategic development of technical projects, covering the full commercial cycle – from prospecting to contract finalization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in complex BMS and Smart Building projects.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to client-specific needs.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with a variety of decision-makers (clients, design offices, integrators, industrial partners).

  • Coordinate responses to tenders and validate technical and financial feasibility upfront.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract signing.

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of strategic clients and partners.

  • Provide regular reporting and implement annual account plans.

  • Participate in professional events and represent the company in the market.

  • Advise clients on energy performance, automation, and building optimization.

  • Keep up-to-date with technological and regulatory trends in the sector.

Profile:

  • Education: Engineer or Business School (Master’s level).

  • Experience: 5–10 years in commercial development in the building sector, with experience managing a complex technical package (HVAC, electricity, fire safety systems, access control, automation, etc.).

  • Key Competencies:

    • Complex, multi-stakeholder negotiation

    • Management of technically complex projects

    • Cross-functional coordination and understanding of technical packages

    • Financial analysis and understanding of economic models
