Main Objective
We are seeking a Business Senior Analyst to support business decision-making by analyzing processes, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in preparing and analyzing business work to provide actionable insights for organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data analyses for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support project management and strategy teams with insights from business analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and documentation.
Profile Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (required).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, reporting software, and documentation platforms.
- Experience working in IT, consulting, or government projects.
- Knowledge of process modeling, data visualization, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
