Role Context
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of multi-project programs in Riyadh. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure successful delivery, integration, and coordination of multiple projects while meeting time, cost, quality, and stakeholder objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a program consisting of multiple projects
- Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, master schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment between projects and program-level objectives
- Monitor and report on program performance, risks, dependencies, and issues
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated delivery
- Support governance, reporting, and decision-making processes at the program level
- Facilitate resource allocation, prioritization, and optimization across projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and efficiency initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or portfolios
- Proven experience overseeing multi-project programs in infrastructure, urban development, or mega projects
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple interfaces
- Experience in mega or giga projects is highly preferred

- Strong expertise in interface management methodologies and tools
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience working with planning and project control teams
- Proficient in reporting and documentation
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
