Context
As part of a large-scale industrial project such as a gigafactory, the Construction Manager oversees all construction activities, from preparation through to handover of the facilities. The role is carried out in close coordination with project, engineering, HSE, quality teams, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of construction and installation activities
- Coordination of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitoring progress, milestones, and site interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- Reporting to project management
- Anticipation and management of construction-related risks
Profile Required
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years on complex industrial projects
- Experience in energy, battery, or nuclear sectors is an advantage
- Professional-level English required
- Strong leadership, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility
