Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role focuses on ensuring that construction works are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all construction activities on site.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Manage site logistics, resources and construction sequencing.
- Interface with engineering, project management and client representatives.
- Oversee inspections, testing and acceptance of works.
- Ensure proper reporting of construction progress and site performance.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field).
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar Construction Manager role on large-scale projects.
- Strong experience in infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
- Experience in international project environments is preferred.
