Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale infrastructure project.

The role focuses on ensuring that construction works are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all construction activities on site.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
  • Manage site logistics, resources and construction sequencing.
  • Interface with engineering, project management and client representatives.
  • Oversee inspections, testing and acceptance of works.
  • Ensure proper reporting of construction progress and site performance.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field).
  • Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 5 years in a similar Construction Manager role on large-scale projects.
  • Strong experience in infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary construction teams.
  • Relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in international project environments is preferred.
