Construction Manager TCE (All Trades) – (J25-200)

Context

As part of industrial and tertiary projects, we are looking for a Construction Manager TCE (All Trades) to oversee complex worksites involving multiple technical trades. The assignments will include the delivery of a test bench as well as a project in the automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities

Preparation and organization of worksites

  • Review technical documentation (plans, specifications, schedules).

  • Identify requirements in human resources, equipment, and subcontractors.

  • Participate in kick-off meetings with the client and internal teams.

Management and coordination of works

  • Supervise on-site activities (HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, plumbing, structural works, secondary works depending on the project).

  • Ensure proper execution of works, compliance with standards, and adherence to safety rules.

  • Lead site meetings and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.

Financial and administrative follow-up

  • Monitor project progress (schedules, budgets, consumption).

  • Prepare change orders, amendments, and attachments.

  • Control invoicing and provide regular reporting to the Project Manager.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)

  • Apply and enforce HSE rules on site.

  • Ensure compliance of completed works.

  • Participate in safety inspections and audits.

Client relations

  • Act as the main on-site contact for the client and partners.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and anticipate additional needs.

Profile Sought

  • Degree Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in TCE site management, ideally in industrial/tertiary environments.

  • Solid technical knowledge of TCE trades: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, structure, secondary works.

  • Proven project management skills: planning, budget tracking, multi-stakeholder coordination.

  • Proficiency with site management tools.

  • Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.

  • Leadership, ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation abilities.
