Context
As part of a large-scale industrial construction project, we are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to support a highly compressed schedule environment.
The project involves critical installations, including dry rooms and highly controlled HVAC systems, with multiple international contractors operating simultaneously.
The Planner will play a key role in securing schedule performance and anticipating risks in a fast-track context.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the detailed construction schedule
- Identify and monitor the critical path
- Anticipate schedule deviations and propose mitigation strategies
- Perform delay analysis and develop recovery scenarios
- Coordinate planning interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Consolidate inputs from multiple international contractors
- Provide regular schedule reporting to project management
Profile Required
- 5–12 years of experience in industrial project planning
- Proven experience on large construction projects
- Experience in industrial plant construction strongly preferred
- Experience in fast-track project environments is highly valued
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Fluent English mandatory
