Context

As part of a large-scale industrial construction project, we are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to support a highly compressed schedule environment.

The project involves critical installations, including dry rooms and highly controlled HVAC systems, with multiple international contractors operating simultaneously.

The Planner will play a key role in securing schedule performance and anticipating risks in a fast-track context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the detailed construction schedule
  • Identify and monitor the critical path
  • Anticipate schedule deviations and propose mitigation strategies
  • Perform delay analysis and develop recovery scenarios
  • Coordinate planning interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple international contractors
  • Provide regular schedule reporting to project management

Profile Required

  • 5–12 years of experience in industrial project planning
  • Proven experience on large construction projects
  • Experience in industrial plant construction strongly preferred
  • Experience in fast-track project environments is highly valued
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Fluent English mandatory
