Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-profile projects including high-rise towers, hotels, and branded residential developments in Madinah. The role requires full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead construction of 20+ story towers, hospitality, and premium residential developments.
- Coordinate and supervise main contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, site safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Provide progress reports and project documentation for stakeholders.
Required Profile
- Proven experience in high-rise construction and hospitality/residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of GCC construction standards and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
