Context
As part of proximity works projects (SNCF, maintenance depots, small-scale civil engineering), we are seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee the full execution of worksites with budgets ranging from €500k to €1M.
Main Responsibilities
Site Management

Manage the construction site from preparation through to final delivery.

Ensure compliance with defined deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

Anticipate and handle contingencies (technical, logistical, human).

Close out operations: handover of works, quality control, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Supervise and coordinate field teams (site supervisors, workers, subcontractors).

Act as liaison between all project stakeholders: architects, clients, inspection offices, suppliers.

Ensure strict application of safety rules on site.
Financial & Logistical Follow-up

Define work methods and organize material and human resources.

Place orders for materials and monitor deliveries.

Ensure budget compliance and optimize project costs.

Update and maintain project monitoring dashboards.
Profile Sought

Higher education in Civil Engineering / Construction (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent).

Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in site management or supervision of civil works projects.

Strong knowledge of technical, financial, and contractual project management.

Proven ability in planning, organization, and team coordination.

Rigor, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
