Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project.

The role involves managing contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and handling claims, variations and disputes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractual activities from project initiation to completion.
  • Review, interpret and administer contracts and contractual documents.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and obligations.
  • Handle variations, change orders and contract amendments.
  • Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage claims preparation, evaluation and negotiation.
  • Support project teams in contractual matters and provide strategic advice.
  • Interface with clients, contractors and legal teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all contractual activities.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 5 years in a similar Contracts Manager role on large-scale projects.
  • Strong experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management and claims processes.
  • Familiarity with international contract standards (FIDIC is a strong advantage).
  • Relevant professional certification is considered an advantage.
