Designer – General Installation (J25-189)

Main Missions

  • Model the industrial installation in 3D using CATIA V5/V6:

    • Equipment and non-machinery systems.

    • Steel structures and frameworks.

    • Piping, racks, walkways, supports, etc.

  • Produce associated deliverables:

    • General and detailed drawings.

    • Isometric drawings.

    • Bills of materials and equipment lists.

  • Update the digital mock-up according to project evolution (change management).

  • Actively participate in:

    • Design reviews.

    • Technical meetings with various disciplines.

  • Work closely with teams in:

    • Systems engineering.

    • Nuclear safety.

    • Civil engineering.

    • Fluids / HVAC.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards in a nuclear environment.

Profile Sought

  • Education: Bac+2/3 to Bac+5 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in general installation and Plant Design in a complex environment.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6.

    • Solid understanding of general installation principles (layout, interferences, integration).

    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents (P&ID, guide drawings, etc.).

    • Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to the industrial sector (RCC-M, EN, ISO, etc.).

Languages

  • French: fluent.

  • Technical English: read, written, spoken (required for project communication).
