Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Developer / Programmer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in software development, with strong coding skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications according to project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Finance to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Maintain and update existing software applications to improve performance and functionality.
- Follow software development best practices and coding standards.
- Document code, processes, and workflows for future reference and team use.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Developer / Programmer, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to the role.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus
