Electrical Designer (M/F) (J26-092)

As part of high-criticality industrial projects, particularly in the energy and nuclear sectors, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer. You will work on large-scale projects requiring technical rigor, strong knowledge of current standards, and the ability to operate in regulated and demanding environments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out electrical studies (HV/LV) during the APS / APD / EXE phases
  • Designing single-line and multi-line electrical diagrams
  • Performing calculation notes using Elec Calc (cable sizing, protection systems, selectivity, power balance)
  • Producing layout and cable routing drawings using AutoCAD
  • Contributing to the definition of electrical architectures
  • Integrating regulatory constraints (NF C 15-100, IEC, nuclear standards where applicable)
  • Ensuring technical consistency with other disciplines (mechanical, process, instrumentation)
  • Participating in technical meetings and monitoring design modifications
  • Updating technical documentation and as-built files (DOE)

You will be involved in projects where traceability, regulatory compliance, and documentation quality are non-negotiable.

Profile Required

Education:

  • BTS in Electrical Engineering, BTS in Design and Production of Automated Systems (CRSA), DUT / BUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing (GEII), Professional Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Electricity, or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Background in the energy and/or nuclear sector strongly preferred

Experience:

  • Experienced profile (several years in an industrial environment)
  • Significant experience on energy or nuclear projects

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory proficiency in Elec Calc
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD
  • Good knowledge of HV/LV networks
  • Understanding of nuclear-specific constraints (safety culture, documentation requirements) is appreciated
