Context
As part of our large-scale tertiary (commercial) projects for key accounts, we are strengthening our team with an Electrical Project Manager.
You will be responsible for the technical, financial, and commercial management of your projects, from the tender phase through to commissioning and final project close-out.
Main Responsibilities
Client Relations and Business Development:

Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio

Present commercial offers, negotiate, and finalize contracts within your delegated authority
Financial Management of Projects:

Establish and monitor annual budgets and project forecasts
-
Control costs, margins, and expenditures; implement corrective actions if needed

Oversee billing, payments, and provide financial reporting
Project Execution:

Supervise the preparation of bids and cost estimates
-
Ensure proper technical and financial execution of projects

Plan, coordinate, and lead the activities of internal teams and subcontractors
-
Ensure compliance with QSSE standards (Quality, Safety, Security, Environment) and contractual obligations
Team Management:

Lead and motivate operational and support teams

Participate in recruitment and support skills development within the team
Profile Sought

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience on large-scale tertiary (commercial) projects

Strong skills in budgeting, project tracking, and client relationship management

Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to rally stakeholders around project goals

Rigor, energy, and results-driven mindset
