Main Mission:
Ensure the operational management of electrical construction sites, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and guarantee the proper execution of work in accordance with plans, safety standards, and the project’s quality and scheduling objectives.
Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise the execution of electrical works on-site.

Coordinate and manage internal teams and subcontractors.

Ensure technical compliance of installations with plans and specifications.

Guarantee compliance with EHS standards (safety, health, and environment) on the construction site.

Monitor site progress and provide regular reporting to the Construction Manager.

Participate in resolving technical and organizational issues on-site.

Control the quality of the work and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.

Maintain a safe and orderly working environment.

Liaise with other disciplines (HVAC, structure, BIM, etc.) to ensure proper network coordination.

Profile:
Education:

Technical degree in electricity, electrotechnics, or equivalent.
Experience:

Proven experience on electrical construction sites and in managing subcontractors.

In-depth knowledge of electrical installations and applicable standards.

Experience in monitoring complex construction projects.
