Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all engineering activities on a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring technical consistency across all disciplines, and guaranteeing that engineering deliverables meet project, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, systems).
- Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of all engineering deliverables.
- Define engineering strategies, methodologies and execution plans.
- Interface with project management, construction teams and external stakeholders.
- Review and validate technical documents, designs and specifications.
- Manage engineering risks and ensure technical issues are properly addressed.
- Support procurement and construction phases with technical expertise.
- Ensure alignment between design, construction and operational requirements.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in engineering.
- At least 5 years in a similar Engineering Manager role on large-scale projects.
- Strong background in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
- Experience in international and complex project environments is preferred.
