Context :
We are looking for an Equity Research / Buy-Side Analyst to strengthen our investment team. The role focuses on listed equities and private investments, primarily in the Saudi market. The position offers direct exposure to investment decisions and portfolio monitoring.
Main Responsabilities :
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of listed and private companies.
- Build and maintain financial and valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, 3-statement models).
- Analyze financial statements, disclosures, business plans, and market data.
- Prepare clear, structured investment memos and presentations for investment committees.
- Support due diligence on new investment opportunities (financial, strategic, operational).
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and quarterly reporting.
- Track sector and macroeconomic developments relevant to current and potential investments
Required Profil :
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in equity research, buy-side, private equity, or asset management.
- Knowledge of financial markets, preferably in Saudi Arabia / GCC.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation methods.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Ability to structure and synthesize complex financial information.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalents)..
