Position Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy, operations, and growth within the Project Management Services sector. The role requires a proven leader with strong expertise in project delivery, business development, and organizational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company’s strategic vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across departments (project execution, business development, finance, HR, and client relations).
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Expand the client portfolio across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
  • Represent the company with clients, partners, government bodies, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in project management or consulting services, with at least 5 years in senior management. Proven record of delivering large-scale projects in KSA/GCC preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
    • Excellent strategic and financial management capabilities.
    • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to drive business development and organizational growth.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
