Main Mission:
Ensure the operational management and coordination of all trades (TCE) and technical packages (low voltage electricity, HVAC, BMS) on tertiary building projects in the Massif Central region. Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and budgets, from site monitoring to final delivery.
Responsibilities:

Monitor daily progress of construction sites and coordinate activities of various technical packages.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure proper delivery of work.

Coordinate interfaces between TCE trades (drywall, painting, HVAC, low voltage electrical) and technical packages.

Read and comply with project schedules, update progress, and prepare regular reports.

Verify compliance of work with plans, standards, and specifications.

Organize site meetings and follow up on punch list items.

Participate in optimizing methods and tools to improve site performance.

Profile:
Education:

Technical or university degree in civil engineering, construction, or building.
Experience:

Proven experience in managing all trades and technical lots (low voltage, HVAC, BMS).

Knowledge of quality and safety requirements for tertiary projects.
