Position Context
As part of technical projects in the tertiary and industrial sectors, we are looking for an HVAC Commissioning Technician to work on the commissioning, adjustment, and fine-tuning of HVAC systems, including regulation equipment and Building Management Systems (BMS).
The role is positioned at the final phase of project execution, ensuring full operational quality and performance validation prior to client handover.
Main Responsibilities

Commissioning of HVAC systems: AHUs, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, fan coil units, etc.

Adjusting air and water flow rates, pressures, temperatures according to balancing data

Reading and interpreting HVAC plans, hydraulic and air flow diagrams

Setting up and configuring regulation controllers (Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Wago…)

Integrating and testing BMS/supervision systems

Performing performance testing and validating proper system operation

Drafting commissioning reports in coordination with site teams and clients
Key Skills Required

Strong expertise in HVAC commissioning (both air and hydraulic systems)

Good knowledge of BMS/building automation and communication protocols

Mastery of technical settings: flow, pressure, temperature, valves, regulators

Proficient in reading technical HVAC diagrams and plans

Use of measuring instruments (manometer, anemometer, flowmeter, etc.)

Solid understanding of HQE / BBC / BREEAM environmental performance standards

Rigor, autonomy, and strong on-site analytical skills
Tools & Systems

Controllers & PLCs: Siemens, Schneider, TREND, WIT, Johnson Controls, Wago

Software & tools: BMS supervision, HVAC diagnostic tools, commissioning instruments
Profile

Education: Bac +2 to Bac +3 (equivalent to associate’s degree or higher) in HVAC engineering, electrical engineering, energy systems, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC/BMS commissioning

Strong autonomy on-site and ability to produce clear commissioning documentation

Service-oriented with a focus on technical performance and client satisfaction
