Context
As part of the development of HVAC / CVC / PLB activities on highly technical tertiary projects, we are seeking a Business Manager capable of leading full operations, from the design phase through to the delivery of installations. The position combines operational management, financial responsibility, and hands-on technical expertise. Experience in an industrial environment is a strong asset.
Main Responsibilities
Working autonomously on your projects, you are responsible for the technical, financial, and contractual success of operations.

Manage HVAC / CVC / PLB projects

Lead and manage construction teams (site managers, site supervisors, subcontractors)

Supervise execution studies and validate technical solutions

Ensure client relations (project owners, project managers, inspection bodies)

Manage budgets, margins, financial progress, and invoicing
-
Plan and monitor project progress (deadlines, quality, safety)
-
Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
-
Ensure regulatory compliance and performance of installations
-
Support commissioning and final acceptance of works
Profile Sought

Education: Engineering degree or equivalent technical background (HVAC / Climate Engineering / Thermal Engineering)

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 10 years on HVAC / CVC projects

Significant experience on tertiary construction sites

Industrial experience highly appreciated
