Project Context:

As part of major infrastructure projects, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our dynamic project team. You will be involved in all project phases — from design through execution — under the supervision of the Project Manager or HVAC Lead.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the technical design of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), in compliance with applicable standards and regulations

• Draft technical documents including:

  • CCTP (Technical Specifications)

  • DQE/DPGF (Detailed Bill of Quantities & Pricing Schedules)

  • Technical descriptions and design notes

• Analyze technical bids and manage administrative follow-up for contracts

• Attend construction site meetings, monitor execution, and coordinate with other trades (technical and architectural)

• Ensure quality, schedule, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle

• Act as a reliable point of contact for the client and technical partners at every project stage

Profile:

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in HVAC, energy, or thermal systems

• Experience: Minimum 5 years on complex HVAC projects, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or commercial buildings

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of French thermal and environmental regulations (RT, RE, etc.)

• Tools: Proficiency with office tools and industry software (AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, Caneco, etc.) is a strong asset

• Soft Skills: Autonomy, attention to detail, reliability, and strong team spirit are essential
