Industrial Site Supervisor – Low Voltage (LV) (J25-317)

Context

As part of industrial projects in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical works, we are looking for an Industrial Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations.
The role is highly field-oriented, with direct responsibility for organization, safety, and the proper execution of electrical works in a demanding industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and manage LV / MV electrical worksites.

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors.

  • Read and interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and execution documents.

  • Ensure the implementation of LV and MV works in compliance with applicable standards.

  • Manage interfaces with other trades.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety rules.

  • Monitor daily site progress and provide activity reporting.

  • Ensure installation compliance prior to energization and final acceptance.

Required Profile

  • Technical education in electricity / electrotechnics (CAP to Bac+2/3).

  • Proven experience on industrial electrical worksites, primarily LV-focused.

  • MV experience is a plus.

  • Experience supervising on-site teams.

  • Hands-on operational role with direct site responsibility.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and site safety regulations.

  • Autonomous, methodical, and responsible.

Technical Skills & Tools

  • LV / MV electrical works in an industrial environment.

  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and as-built documentation.

  • Use of measurement and testing tools: multimeter, clamp meter, voltage tester (VAT).

  • LV / MV lockout–tagout and energization procedures.

  • Site monitoring: schedules, daily reports, progress reports.

  • Application of safety plans, prevention plans, and work permits.

  • Basic office tools (Word, Excel) for site reporting.
