Context
As part of large-scale, highly technical industrial projects (pharmaceutical plants, gigafactories, hospitals, semiconductor sites), we are looking for a Lead Planner to oversee all planning activities.
The role involves structuring and controlling schedules for complex projects covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage master schedules using Primavera P6.
- Define and maintain baseline schedules in line with contractual milestones.
- Ensure integration of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify scheduling risks.
- Coordinate scheduling data from various work packages and contractors.
- Lead and manage the project planning teams.
- Produce reports for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to delay analysis and recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Profile Required
- Proven experience as a Lead Planner on complex industrial projects.
- Experience in regulated or highly technical environments (pharmaceutical, semiconductor, hospital, gigafactory).
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Good understanding of EPC-type projects.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional level of English required.
