Lead PMO (J25-091)
As part of a complex industrial project currently in its development phase, we are looking for an experienced Lead PMO to structure, manage, and develop the project’s PMO unit. This strategic role also involves overseeing certain external and institutional stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the PMO team responsible for scope, scheduling, cost control, and risk/opportunity management

Set up and continuously improve project governance processes

Define methodological standards and tools for project tracking

Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and management plans

Ensure cross-functional coordination with internal departments (especially engineering)

Supervise the global planning (Master Schedule) and analyze critical paths

Track the project budget and consolidate cost forecasts

Maintain the risk/opportunity register and lead mitigation planning

Deliver project management documentation: reporting, alerts, periodic reviews

Identify and coordinate with external stakeholders

Support relationship management with regulatory bodies and public operators (energy, grid connections, environment)

Oversee progress of administrative authorizations required for the project
Profile:

Engineering degree with a specialization or certification in project management (PMI, Prince2, etc.)

Over 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects

Demonstrated ability to lead a PMO team (5–10 members)

Expertise in project scope, planning, budgeting, and risk management

Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills

Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken – professional level required)
