Context:
As part of various industrial projects, our client is looking for a Low Voltage Electrical Site Supervisor to manage on-site works. Acting as the link between the field and the project management team, you will coordinate operations, lead teams, and ensure that all site activities are executed according to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Site Preparation & Launch

Review technical drawings and specifications

Identify needs in terms of equipment, tools, and workforce

Plan tasks and organize on-site interventions
Work Supervision
-
Oversee installation of low voltage electrical systems

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
-
Perform testing, self-inspections, and prepare for commissioning
Team Management
-
Provide operational leadership to a team of installers/electricians

Assign tasks based on skills and priorities
-
Support, train, and motivate team members
Communication & Coordination

Participate in site meetings
-
Act as the point of contact for the client and other technical stakeholders

Report progress, issues, and resource needs to project management
Profile Sought:
Education:
-
Bac+2/3 (equivalent to associate’s or bachelor’s degree) in Electricity, Electrotechnics, or equivalent
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising low voltage electrical projects

Experience in industrial environments is highly valued
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical installations

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

Mastery of applicable electrical safety regulations and standards
