Low Voltage (LV) Site Supervisor / Foreman (M/F) (J26-132)

Context

As part of the expansion of our activities in the tertiary sector, we are looking for Low Voltage (LV) Site Supervisors / Team Leaders to support the execution of electrical projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Responsable d’Affaires) or the Site Manager (Conducteur de Travaux), you will ensure the proper execution of site work, in compliance with deadlines, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Site Preparation and Organization

  • Participate in the technical preparation of worksites in coordination with the Site Manager

  • Analyze plans, diagrams, and execution documents

  • Organize the human and material resources required for the project

Work Supervision and Monitoring

  • Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians on site

  • Monitor the progress of LV electrical works on tertiary projects

  • Ensure compliance with schedules, procedures, and applicable standards

  • Perform or supervise electrical installation and connection works

Operational Management

  • Manage material supply and equipment needs

  • Check the quality of installations

  • Participate in site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager

Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the worksite

  • Raise team awareness about best practices and HSE instructions

Required Profile

  • Education: Electrical training (CAP, Vocational Baccalaureate, BTS in Electrotechnics, or equivalent)

  • Significant experience in low-voltage electrical worksites, ideally in the tertiary sector

  • Experience in team supervision on construction sites

  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
