Context

Main Responsibilities

As part of industrial new-build EIA projects, we are seeking a Low Voltage Works Supervisor to work on construction sites in the Île-de-France region.
This is a highly field-based role involving work in sanitation/sewer networks. It is suited to a profile comfortable with demanding site conditions and experienced in managing electrical works in an industrial environment.

Key Duties

  • Prepare, organize, and manage low-voltage works on industrial sites.
  • Supervise electrical works on EIA new-build projects.
  • Manage interfaces with other trades, including sanitation networks.
  • Lead on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules, execution quality, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor work progress, manage unforeseen issues, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Provide site reporting to the project manager or works management.
  • Check compliance of installations prior to energization and final acceptance.

Required Profile

  • Technical qualification in electrical engineering/electrotechnics (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Bac+2 to Bac+5).
  • 3 to 4 years of experience supervising low-voltage electrical works, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Mandatory experience in EIA new-build projects.
  • Comfortable working in constrained environments, particularly sanitation networks.
  • Works supervisor / site supervisor role with partial technical and operational responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and industrial constraints.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized.

Technical Skills

  • Supervision of low-voltage electrical works in industrial environments.
  • Coordination of multi-trade construction sites.
  • Ability to read drawings, electrical schematics, and execution documents.
  • Management of on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Scheduling, quality, safety monitoring, and reporting.
