Context
As part of strategic industrial projects, notably the manufacturing of sumps for the EPR2, the Methods Manager operates within the boiler making, piping, and HVAC/CVC scope.
The position is part of a high–technical-requirement industrial construction environment, with partial responsibility for technical decision-making and supervision of execution methods.
Main responsibilities
- Define and implement manufacturing and assembly methods for boiler making and piping
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and methods documentation
- Provide technical support to production and site teams
- Participate in technical choices and optimization of execution solutions
- Supervise methods activities within the HVAC / CVC / piping scope
- Interface with engineering, quality, construction, and supplier teams
- Contribute to compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Capitalize on lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Profile
- Education: Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in industrial methods, with specialization in boiler making and piping
- Experience on complex industrial projects, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of HVAC / CVC / industrial piping
- Ability to assume a technical role with partial decision-making responsibilities
