Methods Manager – Boiler Making / Piping (M/F) (J26-016)

Context

As part of strategic industrial projects, notably the manufacturing of sumps for the EPR2, the Methods Manager operates within the boiler making, piping, and HVAC/CVC scope.
The position is part of a high–technical-requirement industrial construction environment, with partial responsibility for technical decision-making and supervision of execution methods.

Main responsibilities

  • Define and implement manufacturing and assembly methods for boiler making and piping
  • Develop work instructions, procedures, and methods documentation
  • Provide technical support to production and site teams
  • Participate in technical choices and optimization of execution solutions
  • Supervise methods activities within the HVAC / CVC / piping scope
  • Interface with engineering, quality, construction, and supplier teams
  • Contribute to compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements
  • Capitalize on lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Profile

  • Education: Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in industrial methods, with specialization in boiler making and piping
  • Experience on complex industrial projects, ideally in the nuclear or energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC / CVC / industrial piping
  • Ability to assume a technical role with partial decision-making responsibilities
