Main Responsibilities

As part of the Towerco activity, you will be responsible for the design and monitoring of a portfolio of projects related to mobile infrastructure for operators such as FREE, BYTEL, SFR, and ORANGE.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design project management: Overseeing a portfolio of sites up to the “Go for Works” stage.

  • Technical visits and audits: Site surveys (infrastructure, accessibility, energy sizing, preparation for the construction phase).

  • Deliverable production:

    • Client deliverables (technical visit reports – CRVT)

    • Internal deliverables (plans, project files)

  • Coordination and planning: During the detailed design phase (APD), liaising with engineering consultancies (BET), health & safety coordinators (CSPS), and stakeholders.

  • Preparation of input data for engineering teams to produce Calculation Notes (NdC) or feasibility opinions.

  • Being proactive in helping secure operator approvals in line with Towerco expectations.

  • Regular reporting to the client and activity manager.

  • Updating client databases.

  • Cost estimation & budgeting: Supplier consultation and budget tracking (considered a plus).

Education & Experience:

  • Technical background (telecommunications, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile telecoms: design, construction management, or drafting/project work.

  • Key Skills:

  • Solid understanding of mobile telecom infrastructure and radio network schematics.

  • Ability to conduct field analysis and integrate client specifications.

  • Knowledge in project management (coordinating engineering consultancies, planning, reporting).

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD software is an asset.
