Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer specialized in Electrical Engineering to support technical coordination and documentation management on a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role focuses on ensuring the proper follow-up, review and consistency of electrical engineering deliverables, while facilitating coordination between engineering, procurement and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage electrical engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, load calculations, reports).
- Ensure proper tracking and control of electrical documentation and submittals.
- Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, process and I&C disciplines.
- Support preparation and validation of technical submittals and vendor documentation.
- Monitor engineering progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance of electrical systems with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Interface with contractors, suppliers and client representatives.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning activities from a coordination perspective.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar Office Engineer or technical coordination role.
- Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Good understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV distribution, equipment, installations).
- Experience in international project environments is preferred.
