Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer specialized in Instrumentation & Control to support technical coordination and documentation management on a large-scale infrastructure project.
The role ensures proper follow-up and consistency of all I&C deliverables, while coordinating interfaces between engineering disciplines, procurement and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage I&C engineering deliverables (instrumentation diagrams, loop diagrams, control philosophies, specifications).
- Ensure proper tracking and control of all instrumentation and control documentation.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between I&C, electrical, mechanical and process teams.
- Support preparation and validation of technical submittals and vendor documentation.
- Monitor progress of I&C engineering activities and identify potential issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance of systems with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with contractors, vendors and client representatives.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning phases (FAT/SAT) from a coordination perspective.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar Office Engineer or coordination role.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of instrumentation systems, control systems and industrial automation.
- Experience in international project environments is preferred.
