OPC Systems – Testing & Integration (J26-045)

Context

As part of major transport projects (stations, tunnels, engineering structures, CEM), the role of OPC Systems – Testing & Integration is to coordinate and plan system-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper coordination between the Project Management (MOE), Client (MOA), and construction teams.
The position aims to ensure rigorous monitoring of testing activities, system integration, and compliance with key project milestones.

Main Responsibilities

Planning and Coordination:

  • Define and monitor system intervention schedules for each structure

  • Communicate relevant information to Sector OPC and Works OPC teams for Level 3 schedule updates

  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues impacting system progress

  • Participate in testing committees and progress review meetings

System Works Monitoring:

  • Update system activity tracking dashboards from M+0 to M+6

  • Ensure overall monitoring of system works and associated modifications

  • Regularly share progress status with Works OPC and Sector OPC teams

  • Lead monthly technical planning meetings (MOEI/S/MR/AC)

Testing and Integration Management:

  • Organize and monitor test planning (2.2 / 2.3) and integrate it into Level 3 schedules

  • Work with the IG for the preparation and monitoring of tests 3.1

  • Track testing activities through to operational commissioning

  • Plan training sessions for the Transport Operator (TO)

Candidate Profile

  • Education: 2- to 5-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Systems Engineering, or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in OPC or coordination of system works and testing

  • Strong command of planning methodologies and multi-package monitoring

  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (Project Management, Client, site teams)

  • Strong written French skills and ability to produce concise summary reports
