Context

As part of large-scale industrial projects in Germany—including battery manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, data centers, and engineering/construction programs—we are seeking a Primavera P6 Project Scheduler responsible for project timelines, planning structuring, and schedule coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Your mission : ensure a robust, clear, and controlled planning process, providing reliable progress monitoring and transparent reporting to both local and international project teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule in Primavera P6, including baseline definition, sequencing, logic links, resource assignments, and updates.
  • Consolidate schedule inputs from contractors, engineering teams, and internal departments to produce an integrated project schedule.
  • Monitor progress, identify deviations from the baseline, and support corrective actions.
  • Perform critical path analyses, scenario simulations, and delay impact assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular planning reports to Project Management.
  • Lead or support planning-related meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Track schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure coordination between on-site teams and engineering offices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and standards.

 Required Profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, with a technical background and partial supervisory responsibility.
  • Confirmed experience in project scheduling within complex industrial environments.
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong asset:
    • Gigafactory / Heavy Industry
    • Pharmaceutical
    • Data Center
    • Construction / Engineering
  • Languages: German preferred; fluent English required.
  • Ability to operate in multicultural and international project teams.
