Context and Objective
As part of complex industrial projects, we are seeking an experienced Planner to develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules. The role ensures proactive identification of critical paths, mitigation of schedule risks, and adherence to project milestones. The Planner will coordinate closely with technical, production, and construction teams, including international contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Identify and monitor critical paths
- Anticipate delays and propose recovery scenarios
- Produce schedule analysis, reports, and updates for project management
- Coordinate internal teams and international contractors
- Monitor progress of critical installations, including cleanroom and high-precision equipment
Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or production management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project planning
- Experience with projects in cleanroom or controlled environments
- Experience on large-scale projects (>€100M) is a plus
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and international contractors
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Based in Germany preferred
