Context
As part of strengthening our project teams, we are looking for an experienced planner proficient in Primavera P6 and in the scheduling of engineering and electrical works. You will work on large-scale industrial projects, in direct collaboration with technical teams and subcontractors.
Main Duties
You are responsible for building, updating, and managing the project schedule:
• Develop and update complex schedules using Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project
• Adjust schedules according to project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning
• Identify critical paths, dependencies, and schedule risks
• Propose optimized planning solutions and action plans in case of deviations
• Perform progress tracking for engineering and construction activities
• Manage resource allocation and optimization
• Ensure consistency and tracking of technical deliverables (electrical design office, procurement, site)
• Monitor subcontractors and validate their schedules
• Participate in progress meetings, reporting, and schedule KPIs
• Ensure coordination between the various project disciplines
• Verify proper integration of electrical activities into the overall schedule
• Test and support contributors on Primavera P6 and MS Project
Profile
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background (electrical / industrial engineering / project management)
• Minimum experience: 5 years in scheduling on industrial projects
• Excellent command of Primavera P6 (essential)
• Good command of MS Project
• Strong knowledge of electricity and engineering office environments
