Mission context
As part of complex, high-stakes energy projects (deadlines, interfaces, costs), we are looking for a senior Planner capable of managing schedules for large industrial projects, both during the tender phase and the execution phase. The position is within EPC, multi-stakeholder environments, with high requirements in coordination, risk anticipation, and decision-making reporting.
Main responsibilities

Develop, structure, and manage master schedules for large energy projects

Analyze timelines, identify critical paths, and propose realistic optimization plans

Ensure multi-stakeholder schedule coordination (engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors)

Define and monitor schedule performance indicators

Produce strategic reports for project management and the client

Act as a planning consultant: reorganization of departments, methods, processes, and tools

Manage EPC planning

Participate in pre-commissioning phases (notably flue gas treatment, aluminum)

Ensure planning for tenders and projects under execution

Challenge planning assumptions and secure contractual commitments

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in planning large projects in the energy sector or heavy industry

Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI

Proven experience on EPC projects

Able to act as a planning reference for project teams and clients

Comfortable both in early phases (tenders) and in on-site execution phases
