Planner (M/F) (J26-158)

As part of highly technical industrial construction projects (such as clean rooms and data centers), we are looking for a Planner responsible for structuring, managing, and monitoring project schedules.

The role takes place in complex and constrained environments, requiring close coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Define and manage baseline schedules in line with contractual milestones.
  • Analyze the critical path and anticipate schedule deviation risks.
  • Monitor work progress and identify discrepancies.
  • Consolidate scheduling data from various disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
  • Produce progress reports and performance indicators.
  • Propose recovery plans and optimization strategies.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings.
  • Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning for large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in complex industrial projects (clean rooms, data centers, heavy industry, or equivalent).
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Primavera P6
  • Good understanding of EPC-type projects.
  • Ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Professional English required (international context).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Good communication with project teams.
  • Autonomy and proactivity in schedule management.
