Contexte
As part of large-scale industrial projects in the oil & gas sector, the Planning Engineer is responsible for structuring, monitoring, and controlling project schedules.
He/She actively contributes to schedule control and coordination across the different phases of the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Define and manage baseline schedules in line with contractual milestones.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Perform critical path analysis and anticipate potential delays.
- Consolidate scheduling data in coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Prepare and deliver schedule reports for project management.
- Propose recovery plans and corrective actions in case of delays.
Required Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning industrial projects, ideally within the oil & gas sector.
- Experience in complex EPC projects is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
