Context & Objective

As part of a major industrial building construction project, the PMO Construction will operate on the Owner’s side (MOA) and ensure overall cross-functional project control.

The role is responsible for securing:

  • Global schedule adherence
  • CAPEX control and financial oversight
  • Industrial risk management
  • Alignment between Engineering – Procurement – Construction – Commissioning

This position requires strong executive exposure, delivering reliable and structured reporting to senior management and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Planning Control

  • Consolidate and secure the master schedule
  • Monitor critical milestones and anticipate deviations
  • Ensure overall consistency across technical workstreams

CAPEX & Cost Control

  • Monitor and analyze project CAPEX
  • Identify budget gaps and propose corrective actions
  • Implement cost control tools suitable for large-scale industrial projects

Risk Management

  • Structure and maintain the project risk register
  • Anticipate technical, contractual, financial, and schedule risks
  • Coordinate mitigation and contingency plans

EPC Interface Management

  • Ensure alignment between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases
  • Challenge EPC contractors from an Owner’s perspective
  • Safeguard strategic objectives and technical coherence

Executive Reporting

  • Deliver consolidated and reliable project reporting
  • Prepare steering committee and investor presentations
  • Provide clear, data-driven decision-making support

Profile Required

  • Engineering degree (General Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)
  • 8–15 years of experience in industrial or EPC project environments
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects
  • Experience working in an Owner’s / MOA environment or in a strategic PMO role
  • Fluent English mandatory
