Mission Context

As part of a large-scale industrial program in the nuclear sector, this assignment is positioned within the early design phase.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the engineering activities schedule in close coordination with the Head of Engineering/Studies

  • Set up performance indicators and monitor study progress through appropriate dashboards

  • Develop the project schedule based on design and execution activities (macro and intermediate levels), in coordination with the various technical disciplines

  • Formalize planning assumptions and ensure their traceability

  • Integrate and manage interface milestones between the different project stakeholders

  • Contribute to cost control initiatives, anticipation of technical risks, and identification of opportunities

  • Participate in internal and client project reviews

Required Profile

  • Higher education degree at Bachelor’s +4 or +5 level (engineering, project management, or equivalent)

  • Proven professional experience (minimum 3 years) in PMO roles on complex engineering projects, during design and/or construction phases

  • Strong command of project planning and monitoring tools (such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)

  • Solid understanding of project control, including risk and opportunity management

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work in a team within a demanding, multicultural environment

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well-organized
