Mission Context:
As part of highly complex international industrial projects, we are seeking a PMO to provide cross-functional oversight of strategic engineering and construction programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor overall project performance in terms of cost, schedule, risk, and quality.

  • Consolidate and analyze project tracking indicators for management and stakeholders.

  • Structure project reporting and governance processes.

  • Identify bottlenecks, propose corrective action plans, and track their implementation.

  • Support teams in implementing best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure alignment between schedules, budgets, and resources across the project portfolio.

Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree (Engineering, Business School, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience managing complex projects in industry, energy, or infrastructure.

  • Strong skills in multi-project management and cross-functional coordination.

  • Proficiency in reporting and planning tools (Primavera P6).

  • Knowledge or certification in Lean Management is highly valued.

  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

  • Professional English required.

  • Analytical mindset, rigor, responsiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
