Mission Context:
As part of highly complex international industrial projects, we are seeking a PMO to provide cross-functional oversight of strategic engineering and construction programs.
Main Responsibilities:

Monitor overall project performance in terms of cost, schedule, risk, and quality.

Consolidate and analyze project tracking indicators for management and stakeholders.

Structure project reporting and governance processes.

Identify bottlenecks, propose corrective action plans, and track their implementation.

Support teams in implementing best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment between schedules, budgets, and resources across the project portfolio.
Profile:

Education: Master’s degree (Engineering, Business School, or equivalent).

Proven experience managing complex projects in industry, energy, or infrastructure.

Strong skills in multi-project management and cross-functional coordination.

Proficiency in reporting and planning tools (Primavera P6).
-
Knowledge or certification in Lean Management is highly valued.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Professional English required.
