Context :
As part of large-scale infrastructure and utilities projects in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a PMO providing permanent on-site support to the Project Director.
The role is central to project delivery, ensuring consistency and control across planning, risk management, progress tracking, and reporting, within an international and multicultural project environment.
Main Responsibilities :
Planning Control
- Develop, maintain, and consolidate project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Integrate schedules from multiple contractors, packages, and subcontractors.
- Identify the critical path, schedule deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor physical progress directly on site.
Risk Management
- Establish and maintain the project risk register.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize technical, schedule, and interface risks.
- Track mitigation actions and proactively alert project management.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare project reports (weekly, monthly).
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (schedule, risks, progress).
- Prepare materials for project reviews and steering committees.
Coordination & Interfaces
- Ensure alignment between all utilities and infrastructure packages.
- Identify critical interfaces and blocking points.
- Work closely with site teams, engineering, construction, and client representatives.
Required Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a PMO / Project Controls Engineer on infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
- Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong expertise in project risk management.
- Ability to work full-time on site in a construction environment.
- Languages: fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach.
- Comfortable operating in a multicultural, international project environment.
