Primavera Planner (M/F) (J25-298)

Context:
As part of industrial and energy projects with high technical stakes, we are looking for a Primavera Planner responsible for overall schedule management, project planning structuring, and workload management for the Nuclear Controls department.
Your central role: ensuring controlled, clear, and compliant planning, providing smooth coordination between technical teams and proactive progress monitoring.


Responsibilities

Development and Updating of Schedules

  • Build the initial schedule (Baseline) based on the contractual scope, milestones, constraints, sequencing, and allocated resources.

  • Update project schedules throughout the project and ensure consistency.

  • Manage the workload plan for the Nuclear Controls department.

Project Control

  • Continuous monitoring of actual vs. planned progress.

  • Identify schedule risks, perform impact analyses, and propose justified corrective actions.

  • Prepare and lead schedule steering committees (COPIL), planning workshops, and progress meetings.

  • Produce reporting: deviations, consumed float, critical milestones, and end-date forecasts.

Schedule Analysis and Management

  • Produce and monitor planning indicators for the department.

  • Perform proactive analysis of project activities to detect potential workload or contractual deadline deviations early.

  • Identify impacts, alert relevant teams, and propose mitigation solutions.

  • Conduct critical path analyses and recommend optimizations.

Project Manager Support

  • Assist the Project Manager with all topics related to planning.

  • Contribute to the preparation of committees, reports, and decision-making related to the schedule.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in improving planning tools, methods, and standards.


Required Profile

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in project or multi-project planning, ideally in energy production or a demanding industrial environment.

  • Proficiency in planning methods and Primavera P6 software.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft office tools (advanced Excel) and PowerBI.

  • Operational English (spoken, read, written).
