Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of procurement experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong understanding of vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance with local and international procurement standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and vendor selection for banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the best value and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to optimize procurement spend.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, HR) to meet procurement needs efficiently.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor evaluation processes.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and procurement software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal
