Project Manager HVAC (J25-190)

Missions

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle in HVAC mechanics and piping, from design through commissioning.

  • Coordinate teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

  • Develop detailed plans, piping diagrams, technical specifications, and budgets while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and piping networks.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities) to maintain smooth communication and effective coordination.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, delays, or technical issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, testing protocols, and commissioning procedures to guarantee the reliability and conformity of installations.

  • Oversee financial aspects of the project, including cost control, supplier negotiations, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Profile Required

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing HVAC and piping projects, ideally in an industrial or construction environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in HVAC and piping design/simulation software.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage activities, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse project stakeholders.

  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical technical solutions.
